At Anderson Family Lawyers we hold strong beliefs as to the values a law firm should possess. Namely, giving clients expert advice in plain English so that clients can make conscious decisions about their future. Lucy Padula, principal of the firm, is supported by an excellent team of staff with considerable experience in family law.

As parents ourselves, we understand that it can be difficult to attend at appointments in person. Thus, conferences can be arranged via telephone and Skye. However, we do consider it to be important to have an initial face to face conference. After hours and weekend telephone and Skype appointments can also be arranged.

Principal

Lucy is an Accredited Family Law Specialist who considers it of utmost importance to assist her clients in resolving family law matters fairly and with integrity. Lucy commenced her career in law as a law clerk whilst studying. Lucy completed a Bachelor of Arts and A Bachelor of Law (with Honours) degrees in 2002. She was admitted to practice law in February 2004.

Morgan Jaguar

LLB, BSc, BEnvSc (HONS)

Senior Paralegal

Morgan is a Senior Paralegal with over 10 years’ experience in family law. She was admitted to practice in 2011 and has worked contemporaneously as a paralegal and solicitor throughout her career. Now in the single role of Senior Paralegal, Morgan thrives in being the primary aide to the solicitors at Anderson Family Lawyers. Morgan is passionate about assisting to guide clients through their family law issues with compassion, dignity, and respect.

Currently, she is pursuing her final year of a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Human Resource Management at Deakin University. With her keen attention to detail and organisational skills, Kaitlyn ensures team productivity and client satisfaction.

This includes financial settlement and making appropriate care arrangements for your children, which are in their best interests. We can also help you to address financial and other matters at the commencement of a relationship. As a busy parent Lucy understands that it can be difficult to attend appointments during business hours and/or in person and thus will arrange phone conferences outside business hours where necessary.
