Lucy has developed a practice advising clients in all matters in family law, including financial matters, children’s matters and family violence intervention orders.  Given that family law matters can be complex and issues relating to other areas of law, such as property law, criminal law, taxation issues, Lucy has developed networks with other professionals to best assist her clients.

Where possible Lucy aims to assist clients to negotiate and resolve matters without litigation. However, where litigation is necessary, she will work to obtain the best result possible for her clients.

Anderson Family Lawyers

Anderson Family Lawyers is a specialist family law firm established by Lucy Padula. Lucy is dedicated to assisting clients in resolving family law issues with dignity. The breakdown of a relationship is an extremely difficult time, particularly where there are children involved. We understand that there are numerous considerations in addition to legal factors which may impact your needs and goals. We can assist you in creating solutions to meet the needs of your family. This includes financial settlement and making appropriate care arrangements for your children, which are in their best interests. We can also help you to address financial and other matters at the commencement of a relationship. As a busy parent Lucy understands that it can be difficult to attend appointments during business hours and/or in person and thus will arrange phone conferences outside business hours where necessary.
